Small: 22cm L x 11.5cm W x 12cm H (approx.)
Large: 26cm L x 11.5cm W x 12 cm H (approx.)

It is important to get it right. If your shade is too tall, it will make the lamp look too top heavy. On the flip side, if the shade is too short it will make your lamp look out of balance.
Width of shade:
As a general guide, measure the widest part of the lamp base and times by 2 for the width of your shade. If you have a square base lamp, measure diagonally across the base.
Height of shade:
For the height of your shade, it is 2/3 the total height of the base ie. 40cm high lamp would require a 26cm high shade.

At Pip & Haze we understand the importance of you receiving your order as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to do our best to have your order processed and posted within 5-7 business days from time of order.
All items will be posted via Australia Post (regular/tracked) post, unless courier proves to be better value. Due to changes with Australia Post regarding cubic measurements, shipping rates will be charged per shade purchased depending on size.

If you spend over $500 on shades as a retail customer you will receive free shipping.
Due to Pip & Haze being located in Western QLD, delivery times maybe extended and we can only offer best estimate time frames. The joys of living in the bush.

We aim to provide accurate colours and images of our products as
displayed in our store. However, slight variations may occur due to
individual device settings.
At Pip & Haze we are happy to return your order if it is not a sale item, if you notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. To start the process please email admin@pipandhaze.com.au and advise the product you wish to return.
When returning an order, items must be returned immediately in their
original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping.
Once the returned item is received, we will assess its condition. If accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method
(excluding the original delivery cost) within 3 days.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at admin@pipandhaze.com
within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the original packaging and return the item to us. Once we receive it, a replacement will be sent to you if the item is in stock.

- Dust down shade with either a microfiber cloth, lint roller or vacuum with upholstery brush attachment to get rid of loose dust
- Dampen a clean microfiber cloth and gently wipe the shade clean
