Returns and Refund Policy
We aim to provide accurate colours and images of our products as displayed in our store. However, slight variations may occur due to individual device settings.
At Pip & Haze we are happy to return your order if it is not a sale item, if you notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. To start the process please email admin@pipandhaze.com.au and advise the product you wish to return.
When returning an order, items must be returned immediately in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping.
Once the returned item is received, we will assess its condition. If accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method (excluding the original delivery cost) within 3 days.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at admin@pipandhaze.com within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the original packaging and return the item to us. Once we receive it, a replacement will be sent to you if the item is in stock.
